The Closing Process
1 – The Closing Date is Scheduled
The date is fast approaching when you will make this piece of Murfreesboro real estate a home of your very own! You will receive a call from our Closing Coordinator approximately two weeks prior to closing to schedule the date, time, and location that your closing will take place.
2 – Acquire Funds to Close
You will need to bring Certified Funds to closing. These funds will include any balance due on your down payment, closing costs, and/or prepaids. Your Loan Officer will communicate this amount to you prior to closing.
3 – Sign Final Documents
The Closing Company will have some final paperwork for you to sign, such as:
- Deed of Trust
- Warranty Deed
- Mortgage Note
4 – Get Your Keys to Your BEAUTIFUL NEW HOME!
